No, I think you are mistaken. I've followed this company for many years, and I don't believe there have EVER been any shares re-purchased by the company.  Not particularly important at this stage, but if people feel they need to criticize management for mis-steps in the past, they should be sure they have their facts straight.  There was never a share buyback followed by a private placement, as was suggested here recently. (But I don't want to nit-pick, I'm glad to see some activity on the board, it had gotten pretty quiet around here)
