Darbygirl, I'd be a LOT more concerned about Wooldridge dumping his shares upon opening than Brock.   Especially since he's finally leaving the board.  (He can't provide much to a company that has grown to this size/scope).

But luckily, Wooldridge doesn't own much stock.
