I RETRACT MY SUPPORT FOR THE DEAL
SORRY GUYS
I had my oil geologist friend study this deal announced yesterday.
I apologize and retract my support for the deal the CEO has signed. It is a mask to cover up. MY lawyer is "shocked to know how the regulators can allow this to happen considering that it is all between the insiders of the company."
The shareholders are shut out-Europeans , US citizens, Canadians who work in Lebanon and middle East etc.etc.
I heard from my broker that the " CEO has directed lot of the brokerage companies to bring in proxy....these may be shares in client name who did not care to register..."
I am a local man , and I own a lot of shares. All know me. If I know that we have enough support organized I will organize a special AGM, Time is my concern.
My lawyer says "get a share holders list and organize a plan of action so that we are not robbed in the daylight."
He told me to be careful and evaluate who is who...
