Definitive Feasibility Study

Definitive Feasibility StudyStock is way off at -.23 to C$.87.  Is this because financing the $555million capex is assumed to be coming?  Moving forward with positive economics on this relatively big uranium project would normally be considered a positive.  Low volume but no bounce.  Ideas?
