Is Support at Its Previous High at Around $1.60?

Is Support at Its Previous High at Around $1.60?Do you think that it will retest what is probably a level of support, which was its previous high of around $1.60, and if so would it be better to wait until around  that price to buy it?  Does anyone have an opinion as to a good entry level from a T.A. or other perspective?
