ZEBRA HOLDINGS & INVESTMENTS S.A.R.L.: CORPORATE UPDATE
On Dec. 10, 2009, Zebra Holdings & Investments SARL purchased two million common shares of Africa Oil Corp. at a price of $1.19 per share, through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange. Prior to the purchase of the shares, an investment company acting jointly with the Zebra owned seven million common shares of the company and Zebra owned no securities of the company. The offeror and the joint actor will own and have control over a total of nine million common shares of the company, or approximately 12.81 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares of the company, assuming no other shares of the company are issued in the intervening period.
Zebra and the joint actor have acquired securities in the company for investment purposes only and may, in the ordinary course of their business, acquire additional securities of the company depending on market and other conditions.
