, /CNW/ -Corp. (RRO - TSX-V) (""or the "Company") is pleased to announce assay results from a recentlycompleted two hole diamond drilling program at its 100% owned BuchansNorth base metal sulphide prospect in central Newfoundland. The programwas designed to assess an undeveloped prospect and test for possibleextensions into areas where large accumulations of high grade massivesulphides may be discovered. The first hole, H-3415, intersectedmassive sulphides assaying 15.50% copper, 1.85% lead, 5.80% zinc, 214.8g/t silver and 2.92 g/t gold over 0.30 metres. The second hole, H-3416,intersected massive sulphides averaging, 15.52% zinc, 7.61% lead, 0.92%copper, 148.9 g/t silver and 1.15 g/t gold over 2.1 metres.considers these results to be very positive as they suggestmineralization extends beyond previously interpreted limits and occurswithin a discrete mineralized horizon that remains poorly tested byprevious drilling. A follow-up drilling program is in the planningstage and is expected to take place in 2010. A table summarizing assayhighlights is presented below.

Assay highlights table. Widths are measured core lengths in metres.

Hole H-3415 was drilled 22 metres north northwest of historichole H-885, drilled by Asarco in the early 1950's, that previouslyreturned assays averaging 23.7% zinc, 9.0% lead, 2.6% copper, 147.4 g/tsilver and 3.4 g/t gold over 2.74 metres. The second hole, H-3416, wasdrilled 63 metres north of H-3415.

The Buchans North prospect was discovered by previous mineoperators, Asarco, in the early 1950s, 500 metres northwest of theformer Oriental Mine, where Asarco, mined *3.3 million tonnes averaging14.18% Zn, 7.90% lead, 1.47% copper, 154.0 g/t silver and 1.96 g/t goldbetween 1935 and 1983. The prospect was last drilled in 1967, andoccurs approximately 290 metres below surface within a less explored, faulted repeat of the same horizon that hosts the Oriental mine.Interpretation of previous drilling suggests the Buchans North horizonmay still be open in several directions where further exploration maytrack mineralization into less explored areas where additional depositssimilar to Oriental could be discovered.

 Other Work
----------

The Company also advises that recently announced additionalfield programs consisting of line cutting and Induced Polarization (IP)surveys at Buchans are now complete and the Company expects to receiveresults later this month. The surveys were designed to detect broadzones of near surface stockwork base metal sulphide mineralization thatmay be amenable to bulk tonnage open pit mining and targeted theundeveloped Lundberg zone as well as the area surrounding the formerOriental mine.

 Background
----------

is exploring its 100% owned Buchansproject for high grade sulphide deposits similar to those mined byformer mine operator ASARCO between 1928 and 1984. Buchans representsone of the highest grade base metal mining camps in Canadian historyhaving produced 16.2 million tonnes(xx) of ore from five orebodiesaveraging 14.51% zinc, 1.33% copper, 7.56% lead, 126 g/t silver and1.37g/t gold.

In addition to exploring for new high grade discoveries, the Companyis also examining the former mines for potential to host near surface, bulk tonnage mineralization that may be amenable to open pit mining. On,announced a NI-43-101 compliant Inferred Resource for the Lundbergdeposit totaling 20.7 million tonnes grading 2.78% combined base metalscomprised of 1.68% zinc, 0.72% lead, and 0.38% copper, including ahigher grade Inferred Resource totaling 5.34 million tonnes grading4.76% combined base metals averaging 3.02% zinc, 1.25% lead, 0.49%copper, 10.27 g/t silver and 0.12 g/t gold (news release dated , 2009).

 Qualified Person & Sampling Procedure
-------------------------------------

Drill intercepts quoted are core lengths. While true widths could notbe accurately measured based upon core angles, reported widths areconsidered to be near true as the geology is interpreted to beessentially horizontal. Logging, sampling and assaying procedures werecompleted as per' QA/QC protocols as described in' press release dated ., M.Sc., P.Geo., (NL),'Vice President of Exploration, is acting as Qualified Person incompliance with National Instrument 43-101 with respect to this releaseand has reviewed the contents for accuracy.
