Yesterday's Trading Was Very Illiquid

Yesterday's Trading Was Very IlliquidI noticed that until just before the end the ask was at .13 all day and the stock didn't move, and then it dropped just before the close.  I wonder what that was all about, as it seems to be trading lower today with more bids and asks?
