Just got done talking extensively with one of the local Scottrade Brokers.
I was WRONG with my last post.
Mineshack, Your logic is what Scottrade is aiming for.
According to the broker, As more and more Brokerages move to a more fluid worldwide technology the stocks', trusts', and ADRs' prices will come more and more inline worldwide.
At this time there is and will be some spread discrepancies.
In the future it is seen these anomalies will dissipate.
