Slow decline in price for this stock still reflects the lack of activity that seems to be going on.  Lots of cash no direction.  An integrated silver producer/refiner/seller with no integration and no plan.  Would like to sell but not at such an undervalued price.  Market thinks they'll blow the cash.  Waiting for any announcement that might spike the price to bail.

Still dead money.
