They certainly didn't specify that did they, left open for interpretation.
This venture has incredible potential, quite a few intents and subject to's, but its a start.
The Cancen JV appears to be growing at an impressive rate.
I'll admit I was a little leary when I noted Poly-Pacific's PPS, but Cancen and CREEnergy deal with them not WSCE.
Looking forward to some increased shareholder valuation in 2010.
