RE: News Release

RE: News Release

This is so crystal clear.  It should be a case study of how to put a NR and make things even les clearer than they were before.

Victhom has fired most if not all their bionic team.  So does this means that they now sold their commercial partnership for $500000 and the only thing they have kept is royalty on the power knee product ?

Does that mean that Ossur is now free to develop their own bionic products and that Victhom has no intention to do bionic again.  For $500,000 ?

Who owns those bionic patents now ?

So ossure had no bionic experience and was relying on Victhom for that.  But management feels that Ossur will now be in better position to make a succesful launch.  If Ossur is now in rights to hire the very qualified people Victhom had fired yes I understand.  But I really don't see any other explanation that will make the launch more succesful.

Way to go management.  Give away all the nice technology you have developed on investors and governement money.

Very soon Otobock will get control of the remaining of Victhom and it will only be another sad story that could have been a great success.
