Some resons as to why.Could be they took a  tax loss then wait 30 calendar days to buy it back all be it at a higher or posible lower price.Although did they buy it back in early Dec.????
Needed the money to pay down bills!
Short sightedness with a big L on their foreheads.
Call the Invester Relation people they may be able to tell you again discloser rights may apply.
