Based on that statement; if you appoint Baldock or Dickson it would seem they need to follow the directions you give them. If you leave your choices blank or vote with management, then as Baldock or Dickson see fit.
I'll take a closer look at this later when I have more time, but this looks like a reasonable vote. By reasonable I mean the intention of the vote can be readily comprehend. The issuing of inducement warrants which expired on December 17 seems absurd at this stage.
