RE: StocktalkStocky , in your previous post you make a good point in questioning the qualifications of REV in the oil and gas drilling industry.. As we all know, Mr. Pilgreen is on our REV board and is the owner of the Louisiana oil property.
I also wondered about this and so I made inquiries and came up with this Biography of Mr. Pilgreen.
Bio for Mr. Kenneth D Pilgreen
(Don) Pilgreen graduatedfrom Nicholls State Universityin 1978 with a BS degree in geology. From 1978-1981, Mr. Pilgreen worked forGlenda Petroleum Corporation as their Manager of Exploration. During that time,he drilled and completed over 1500 oil and gas wells in several states.
In 1981, Mr. Pilgreen formed TerrOnnePetroleum Corporation, a sister company of Pilgreen Energy. TerrOnne hasdrilled and completed over 1000 wells and currently owns and operates 500 pluswells in Monroe Field.
In 1987, he formed Pilgreen Energy for thepurpose of developing CBM (Coal Bed Methane) reserves in The Black Warrior Basinin Alabama aswell as the Four Corners Area of US. Pilgreen Energy currently owns interest inseveral hundred wells as a result of those endeavors.
In 2000, Mr. Pilgreen formed ABC ExplorationCorporation for the purpose of acquiring all of the acreage of Monroe Field anddevelop CBM reserves in the US.
Mr. Pilgreen is an activemember of The Society of Petroleum Engineers, American Petroleum Institute,American Association of Petroleum Geologist and Geological Society of America.
Mr. Pilgreen served from 1992-1996 as Chairmanof the Board of Commerce and Industry for the state of Louisiana, at the pleasure of the Governor. Mr.Pilgreen has been awarded many other times for his work in charities includinghis work as founding board member of the Children’s Museum in Monroe.
