I do believe that Mr. Pilgreen has spent most of his career in Louisiana and has many many connections. This positive , we must hope, may balance out some negatives.
We could debate the matter for ever but the only winner will be REV if he comes through and the only loser will be REV if he doesn't.
In the meantime we can only await results on testing of product X in Canada. Success there could mean Louisiana interest also.
