RE: SA & Indotan close AcquisitionCorrect me if I'm wrong, but the way I understand is that Indotan have two mining companies (subsidiaries) waiting for a mining permit in Indonisia. Once this permit is granted, the shares of these 2 companies will be transfered to SA. Is this right?
