Kind of makes it more interesting then, if they are still at odds.

That means the lawsuit is still pending with both sides dug in for the verdict. If any.

To me if YNG was in error I would think an out of court settlement for the 4 to 6 million for the purchase of MYNG would be better than the 40 million they may have to payout if they are liable.

If not and YNG wins they may have the capital to take over MYNG anyway at fire sale prices closing them out and gaining a second milling operation and increasing their ore production runs in Nevada.

Either way it would be interesting to hedge a bet against YNG with MYNG as to the outcome of this if any.

They are both not worth much in stock price right now anyway so the play is not worth much to hedge.

Just a thought and opinion...nothing factual.
