RE: RE: RE: EAS's Real ValueHello,
Canplats is in Mexico not Ecudor.
No Chinese are involved in the bidding, the bidding war is between Penmont (a Newmont Gold proxy) and Goldcorp.
If these two giants are only up to $77/oz I think it most likely any offer for EAS MIGHT be higher but not more than $100/oz. Don't get me wrong, I would love to see a $100 to $150 / oz offer... I just don't think that will happen, $100 / oz tops.
What is the difference between a "Mineralized" zone and an "Ore" zone? Please provide references of definitions and how this is distingushed in describing a deposit. I've been playing Jr. miners for 8 years and have never heard such a thing in the manner you used it.
I don't think we will have to wait 2-3 years before we start seeing offers. If EAS makes significant stepouts this year and is still hitting good grade over widths and/or connects the zones into one big deposit these big companies can put 2 + 2 together and make a very good estimation of whats there, even without a 43-01.
I think the possibility exists we will see an offer in 2010, maybe sooner than later.
