Where's the beef????????????????You are correct, 5 mil. is a lot just for operating costs.
My guess is Mrs. Mulberry-bush over spent at
Christmas time and guess who is footing the tab?

Another possibility, Dear Abby's slum hotel in Lebanon
needs renovations.
