If the funds were for the gold mine, then I believe they would have made it flow through shares.  The BC gold mine will be financed by the money raised from sale of the gold recovered from the shipments to Kinross.

IMHO, a good part of the funds will be used to continue development of Dolly Varden.  While this financing is going on, Lucky Strike Resources, also in Dolly Varden, is rolling back their shares through a Special Meeting on Feb 5.  Why would they do this when there are only 21 million shares outstanding trading at 2c?  Likely because they want to raise funds in the 20c range in order to drill Dolly Varden as well.  Again, this is only speculation, but the timing seems co-incidental as is their relationship.
