RE: Spin offs? I think that spin-offs are inevitable as the market likes simplicity, and Sparton just has too many diverse projects that need dedicated attention...
Sparton Energy--uranium technology and Chebacto...this would also pay off Quam with percentage of public company.
Sparton Prescious Metals--Nevada properties,silver JV with International Northair,Luxi interest(do they still have an interset in Luxi?)
Sparton Germanium/Rare Earth Metals--chinese germanium mine,yttrium interests(Canada and Mongolia)
Sparton West Hammond...-this IMO is the most exciting potential company maker...see Brett Resources
These could all easily trade at today's closing-that is 20 cents each.
Spartons biggest liability(and greatest asset) is Mr.Barker ,as it is perceived by many that he IS the company,and may we all wish him continued good health and dedication so that he can make us a pile of money in this new decade...the 2000's were buiding company time,and the 2010's should be the build shareholder value time.Good luck to all and Happy New year .
