RE: Come By Chancethe refinery was owned by Harvest Energy Trust who recently was bought by KNOC.  If memory serves me correctly, Harvest was going to invest heavily in the refinery for refurbushment in 2008/2009 but delayed the investment when oil and natural gas prices plunged.  It will be interesting to see if this asset fits into KNOC plans.  I do not recall Harvest having any kind of land position in Western Newfoundland, which may mean that KNOC only has the refinery interest.  But like you said, they have deep pockets and may want to take a look at some exploration potential.  JMO
