The Company’s Professional Liability division provides underwriting solutions on both an admitted and excess and surplus (E&S) basis for standard and nonstandard risks and writes for a broad variety of entities, including publicly traded and privately held financial institutions (FIs) as well as not-for-profit organizations. The Company’s Healthcare division provides solutions for nonstandard risks faced by healthcare organizations on both a primary and excess basis.

It seems that we are dealing with a persistent rumour:

and well documented on another forum. Moreover, there is a staking frenzy in the area since about a month. People were buying on the thin ask this afternoon. If they don't have anything to release this week, they should put a lid at .80 (so we could load-up seriously ;-) ). Otherwise, if we hit $1 on good volume, they'll have to halt the stock IMO.
