P&F $3.44 Price Target

P&F $3.44 Price TargetWhat will it take for DM to reach this P&F target?  I wonder how reliable P&F targets are?  It is encouraging at any rate.  I wonder why there appears to be more optimism for the outlook for copper than zinc and nickel?  Any thoughts?
