I think that statement is a lot of BS.
If only one person can decide as to the when and how a stock performs then it is favoritism or maniputation or whatever you can call it short of a fraud. As far as I am concerned ML would stand for Mugen Lemieux I would not be surprised.
This company has nothing to bring forward otherwise they would have done so.
I think they have overestimated their capacity to face the big players in their field and that they are seeing negative results on all front. That is why we see nothing as far as news releases because there are none to be had that would show positive results, none.
