It's as simple as this: extended delays in reporting drill results almost always means poor results. It's always been that way, and it will always be that way (DEC is a great example of this).
Mr. O'Neill advised myself that drill results would be received by Dec. 14th, 2009. In my mind there is no other reason for this delay, except the results are poor.
The only exception I can think of to this theory is CSI who have delayed reporting due to their location in Brazil and the very high grade nature of the samples being analyzed.
Regardless, I'll still be hovering to catch some cheap KEX shares!
