They are out there ....way to many for a company that really has nothing to show and has never really delivered the goods.  I made a lot of money with Sage on the last run up  but do not see much happening in the future except a lot more dilution as they sell shares to pay salaries.   You have to prove something up these days and even then you don't get much respect 

KXL is  positioning away from the Sage property and drilling on the  border was negative  i think there are better spec plays  that actually have hit substancial gold.   The same circumstance that it went up on last time would not even budge it in this market  good news does not move stock like it used to .

There is a the of chance someone will buy them out but again there are much better pickins out there
