RE: float and ownershipI thought it was these "great" western mutual funds who ran for the exits a year ago, pushing the stock price down to $.04, resulting in the massive dilution that followed.  Why would anyone in their right mind want them in on this stock again?  The new owners, unlike the "brilliant" mutual funds, want a huge gain in their investment.  The mutual funds are useless in a company like this.  They can't handle risk properly.
