Nice action today

Nice action today14,319,316 shares. I wonder why it finally woke up? The revised deal was announced 5 trading days ago. It should have gone up right away when it was announced that they are getting cash at low interest with no immediate dilution. Any other theories why it moved so well today? I hope this wasn't just a tease and holds up this time.
