The Revenue-Virginius mine is located in southwestern Colorado about 5.5 miles southwest of the town of Ouray. Access to the mine site is via County Road 361. The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

If you click on the bio beside his picture it states that he is an independent Swiss asset manager who manages 2 precious metals funds.  There's also a list of articles he's written, and it doesn't look like he pumps out a ton of company recs.  Only a couple solid ones he believes in....
