I just received an email back from Terry Coughlan.

Dear XXXXX
Thanks for contacting us. We are looking at a number of options for
the mine. The zinc and lead prices are looking good. They have only been
solidly over the dollar mark now for a 60 day period. We want to make sure
that the price will stabilize here before we look at restarting. The US is
still in turmoil and in March the commercial real-estate derivative market
is talking about a financial crisis which if it happens will be bad for base
metals. If it is not bad it is my opinion that we will be in a very strong
commodities market over the next few years. We are on a wait and see basis.
It will be expensive and we are looking at the different options. The main
focus will be on the gold assets you will hear more about this in the coming
months.
