I think Strange Lake being the Numero Uno HREE deposit is generally accepted industry knowledge.

 

Give the nominal price RES paid for the property (200,000 shares +NSR), if Nuiklavik turns out to hold even 1/10th of what Strange Lake holds, it will be a fantastic bargain.
