RE: RE: RE: DR production values

RE: RE: RE: DR production valuesThe net revs/ton are subject to a lot of factors.  Don't have the exact right answer but going from assay results, you have to factor in :
1. Is the ore that's processed consistent with the samples. Is the mineralization fairly uniform or can the ore be graded so that minimum ore grades are maintained thru the mill
2. What is the recovery for that particular metal.  We are blessed with several metals but during the extraction process, you can't maximize for every metal.  You have to focus on the most valuable metal and max that recovery, which tends to lower recoveries for another metal.  Finding the right balance to max total revs per ton is tricky.  We need to know those specific recovery percentages for each metal to come up with a value for a ton of ore.  Assay values per ton have to be reduced by recovery percentages to find $/ton revs
3. In what form are we selling the ore.  Are we selling concentrate?  That is not pure metal and does not command the LME price for lead/zinc/silver/gold. I don't recall seeing the percentage of spot price we are getting for the concentrate.
Is it 80% of spot? 75%? 85%?
You may have already taken these factors into account. If so, what percentages did you use for recovery and price for concentrate?
