Insider Buying

Insider BuyingIf one looks at the insider buying summary posted below, it is clear that Nuvo insiders were waiting for Pennsaid to get FDA approval given no insider buys were transacted for most of 2009 prior to the November approval. I'm encouraged to see insider buys even after the dust settled following the November approval of Pennsaid. I think this is encouraging. I still believe that Nuvo will be bought out by Covidien so I don't expect any more insider purchases in such close proximity to the buyout date. I believe that management's silence speaks volumes. I  believe that Nuvo shares are being accumulated en masse by interested parties.

I held Nova Chemical when it was bought out by IPIC. I harped on the google boards that it was going to be bought out. Let me oversimplify by saying that Nova and Nuvo are similar in that they are tragically undervalued.

My wife is a physiotherapist here in Canada. Her patients are prescribed Pennsaid, and she cannot say enough good things about the efficacy of the medicine. Pennsaid is an amazing drug and , in my opinion, there is no way that Nuvo will operate as an independant entity valued at only 100 + million dollars with both Pennsaid and their  FDA approved transdermal drug delivery system.

Just a few more weeks to accumulate. Don't say I didn't warn you.
