Quest13, am broadly in agreement

Quest13, am broadly in agreementwith you on NIF.  I'm not sure whether I expect too much, but it is my sense that we don't get a clear picture of what's happening at NIF in a timely fashion.  With zinc above $1 and the projected economy for 2010 to be better than that in 2009, I think it is fair to imagine that NIF will resolve problems and return to solid profitability.  As you suggest, a return to the 8.3 cents distribution rate may lag the improved operations.  However, if indeed we are in prospect of a return to the historic distribution rate, isn't the current <$3 unit price a substantial bargain?
