Star Diamond Corporation is a Canada-based company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. It also holds a 100% interest in the Buffalo Hills Diamond Project, located approximately 400 kilometers northwest of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The property covers a total of 21 mineral leases covering an area of approximately 4,800 hectares (ha).

Pickin,
I am not at all happy with Newmont either and their percentage of the JV did drop a bit following their non-participation. I believe that this year - a year of mine development - has much more severe punitive measures for non-participation. What I don't know is how long they can play the game of wait and see before the JV agreement bites them in the butt. I think they still have time to piss us off more.
