delay

delayI work for a large engineering firm as an inspector overseeing construction on various projects.
I know from experience with construction sh^t happens, particularily when your dependant on other people to live up to their schedules.

"small shift is primarily due to longer delivery times than anticipated for a few equipment items and for the hook-up of incremental gas and electrical services."

I know from experience gas and electrical services are the weak spots in a lot of construction schedules. The gas and electrical companies have a monopoly and they work to their own schedules and there is nothing anyone can do about it.

A construction delay the market can look past. An implementation delay would be another story.

In the past someone posted that various funds have rules that prevent them from holding stocks on the Venture Exchange. I am hoping a TSX listing will provide additional sp support from new buyers previously shutout.
