RE: Technical Breakout

RE: Technical BreakoutI would obviously love to see a $1 share price but I continue to be concerned with the financing that was done that places the fully diluted share number at 538,900,000. At $1 that means the market would be valuing the company at some $539 million. Does your mining experience confirm that that value would be justified given the company's mining assets? I am still hoping that IVW and the holders of those options will come to some other arrangement that will avoid this massive dilution but I don't have any idea whether that will happen or how it would come about. If you can reassure us that this is not a legitimate concern that would be much appreciated. Current information at the TMX Web site shows some 180 million shares o/s and an enterprise value of some $90 million but those numbers ignore the option overhang.
