RY, my point was that public companies don't control their share prices -- the market does. So my issue is really with the way the question was phrased: would Chavez "seize companies just for raising their share prices"? To me, that reads as if somehow a public company can raise its share price by a board decision or a stroke of a pen or the like.... Then again, maybe I'm being thick here. Is there a meaning to the question that I'm missing?
