Well, not really...
No major would buy a property for only 600,000 ounces unless it's ridiculously cheap to extract. Ultimately, NOX has to show potential for much more ounces in the ground. If the upcoming news-release is for, as many hope, something in the order of 800,000 ounces, with potential for more expansion with future drilling, that will get the SP growing.
