The MF Properties segment consists of student housing residential properties.

RE: Ted property ...???Last I heard results for the Ted property were due 'in early January. Maybe they'll be out soon.

As for the moly property, I don't know if they're doing anything with it at this time. My guess would be that they're not doing anything, but I'm not sure.
