RE: The diamonds?...The zinc??

RE: The diamonds?...The zinc??from EDV's October 23, 2009 News release:

"Endeavour's total investment of US$56 million results in the Corporation holding 179,438,789 common shares, representing 54% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Etruscan."

MOA owns 6.5% (or 2.350,000 shares) of EDL and says on their website:

"In an effort to realize value for its shareholdings in EDL, Mountain Lake is currently reviewing all its options including the sale of all or a portion of its EDL shares to thrid-party investors."

Is EDV the "third-party investors" mentioned here by MOA??? If you ask me there's a LOT of risk in African resources and MOA would be better off.....divesting themselves of this, if possible, IMHO. But overall, I wouldn't consider this sale, if it happens, that important to MOA's bottom line other than they'd be back to being strictly a gold explorer.

EEF shares closed at .43 cents per share so we're not talking a lot of money here. That's about $1M US if they sold at market value. Depending on how they'd credit that to what?? 30.7 million or so MOA shares?? What does that work out to??? Someone else can take it from here.....
