This clearly shows the intention of Orifer SA to play it hard.
Did they continued to sell in January?

This all is intentionally planned and executed. It might be no fraud but is clearly detrimental to the normal shareholders hence capital markets in Canada in general. If this can happen in Canada I do have to state that Canada is no place for investors to feel comfortable! I would have expected to be fleeced by major shareholder at an exchange in Ghana or elsewhere but certainly not Canada.
