Gotta Admire the Smarts

Gotta Admire the SmartsI keep rereading the GWY release, it keeps getting better. The potential is being purposely understated to avoid "undo exuberance" as a Fed Chairman once called it. The professionalism of the GWY management is showing. Unlike VEN that took every opportunity to pump the share price by saturating the airwaves with their results. Unfortunately, in getting a huge share price they forgot something very important...............before releasing thos great results, once they were apparent they should have accelerated the purchase of the land to have it  "wholly owned" before anyone knew how rich the veins are. Now, they are suffering, share price languishing and no resolution in site. No doubt the remorseful sellers will only settle for a piece of the action if they are smart. It was unfortunate. If VEN was still rocketing GWY would have been towed along, we would be much higher in SP. Now, GWY has to make it solely on it's own merits, which it will. Common sense is a great thing, it has to be a part of management. I think GWY management has it in spades.
