RE: link to october report from APIMy mistake, its a PFS and not a FS. There probably is a good reason they are keeping the PFS secret..management don't want their stock options to be valueless. When are the shareholders going to demand to be let in on the secret or they sit by idly?
Submitting an EIS is a two step process; you submit something to the gov't, then they check that it meets the terms of reference, and if not the company has to go back and update it and then re-submit and only then does it go public. So its not really "submiited" until its made public. They could issue a blank sheet of paper to the government and then say they submitted their EIS. Its "submitted" when its final with all corrections made.
