RE: TVI

RE: TVI

Here is my response from my broker:  Just remember 10% of TVI shares is roughly 47 million and their is probably very few that hold that much...

    My Quest

Maybe you can help me understand something.... Your insider report has ( insiders and significant shareholders) could you please explain what is a significant shareholder ? The company I am inquiring about is Ticker symbol  (TVI) they have been showing insider trading lately and they say only some of the shares traded were Insiders so the rest must be this other group.... Is it possible to know who is selling... Thanks for your time..

    Response...

Thank you for inquiring. Significant shareholders own more than 10% of company shares. To clarify on the use of this report, please see the last page marked "About Marker Trading Reports". Taken from this page is the following:

"The details of who bought and at what price will be reported by INK in its Latest Filing section of the Company Insider report after an insider filing is made with regulators for the Marker Trading transaction. This may involve a delay of a number of days. In addition, some trades that show up as Marker Trading may be exempt from insider reporting requirements and in these cases details will not be reported by INK."

I believe some one is selling but it doesn't have to be reported ( just another loop hole) GLTA
