From Wikipedia - wildcat wells are those drilled outside of and not in the vicinity of known oil or gas fields.

They are drilling in Kurdistan, which is NOT outside the vicinity of known gas or oil fields.

Giving a 10% or less chance is like saying that you have a one in a million change or of running into an alligator if you take a leisurely stroll, unless of course you're stroll happens to be in the Everglades.

Kurdistan is not exactly "wildcat" territory.
