RE: reasonaby quiet hereSome of us are still here. I'm glad the market price has recovered, and my adjusted cost price is now nicely below today's price and yielding 13.7% on that adjusted cost. (I bought most of my units several years ago)
That is the beauty of "buy and hold" with reits or other income stuff. Time becomes your friend instead of your enemy.
 And I think, if Whiterock, as a new or inexperienced reit was going to fail or go bankrupt they already would have. We should be just fine now...
Hopefully we don't have another severe market downdraft, although anything is possible.
I noticed, recently an institutional investor bought a few units again. It's been a long time .... Most of those guys bailed out right at the bottom.
