Re: Thankyou-Share PriceI

Re: Thankyou-Share PriceIYou posted that the $130m paid implies about $2.00 per DM share on a fully diluted basis.  It seemed to me that DM was being kept at around the $2.00 range prior to the deal.  Perhaps the company did not want it to run up higher and thus did not appear to be doing much promotion.  Would there be a reason why DM would not want their share price to run up higher prior to the deal?  Was $2.00  a fair price for DM or did the buyer get a bargain?  Is it a done deal or do shareholders have to vote on it?  I wonder where the share price goes from here?  I wonder if it will drift lower until there is more news, i.e. permitting, probably POM's permitting?  Alternatively I wonder if it will run up from here as it appears to be becoming better known.  I agree that it was a good idea to team up with a major, I am just curious as to whether it has been done in a manner which is most favourable to DM?
